Great service from Allayna! Food was really good... I'll be back.

Some food was very overcooked like my hashbrowns and churro were very crunchy. We didnt get no syrup with our order. So none with our waffles and pancakes. We had a Big order for a 7th Birthday and that's what he wanted. We were very disappointed

Tried their double burger for the first time. Tasted great lol cleaned the plate and drank my girlfriend's coffee😂. Will do again

Standard Ihop, the food was decent and they have a nice online ordering set up.

The South Hill location is absolutely wonderful!! They are warm and inviting even during a pandemic.

Our servers are always super friendly. Our food comes out fast and hot, never had a bad meal and love all the menu options it's our fun breakfast spot with my daughter !

Came in this morning on Thanksgiving to have breakfast with a friend while he was visiting for college, felt awful coming in on a day like today but the service was amazing. Food was delicious, coffee was hot, and the servers were kinder than you could ask for being in on Thanksgiving. A wonderful location with wonderful staffed, tipped 50% of my total to make up for it.

When we heard IHOP was reopened, my fiance and I acted fast and HOPPED (hehe) on over for a delicious meal! They had everyone spaced 6ft apart, paper menus, individual ketchup packets, very clean and definitely keeping up with regulations! Always love IHOP and I'll never stop! :)

Excellent service by Dillon and Rachel ( unsure of spelling) had a pleasant late dinner with my family. Quick service and food was delicious. Thank you.

It’s your normal IHOP, it’s clean, staff are friendly. Pretty basic for IHOP haha. It’s a great place to go, can get crazy on the weekends.

Breakfast in the middle of the day? Hell yes! It also has a clean atmosphere.

Loved their new cereal pancakes!! I like how I can get extra hash browns since I don't eat eggs. Hot chocolate was good served in a big cup!!

Ordered a pancake combo via Uber Eats. I was only delivered the pancakes. I was mulling over the thought of pulling a Karen...But, looking at the container, I thought, "Wow, that's tall." I lifted the pancakes to find the rest of my food underneath. Mind Blown, They had bento'd the combo. 5/5 for that welcome surprise and ingenuity

The country fried steak was delicious and the toast add on was cooked exactly how I wanted it but, the brown gravy while it tasted good it was really thin and there wasn't much of it. The staff was nice and kept me topped up on my drink. I look forward to being able to rate it 5 stars on my next visit!

Service was a little slower than usual because of the pandemic but the food was still awesome. I love that you can upgrade your pancakes for just a couple bucks and enjoy two meals in one.

We go here quite often for breakfast on the weekends. Always friendly waiters and waitresses. They're pretty quick with getting you seated and getting your food out even when they're busy. We went in the other day and they said about a 15 minute wait but then about 5 minutes later seated us. It was great!

Amazing customer service and even better food! My daughter and I ordered something new (we usually order the same thing everywhere we go lol) and we were not disappointed. The bacon cheddar chicken and waffles was delicious and there was so much of it I was full after eating half of it. My daughter ordered the Italian cannoli and loved it. The sirloin tips with onions and mushrooms my husband ordered was delicious (I took a bite off his plate). Our waitress and host were both amazing and very friendly. This is the first time we've been to this Ihop and we're looking forward to going back again.

Ordered fresh fruit and did not get fresh fruit plus it was not full at all

Per adult entree bought. 1 free kid. 7 days a week. Pretty sweet deal for my family. Food is great. Cant complain

Hello overpriced plain waffle. I get it! restaurants took a hit with Covid19. Ihop will not be getting my $$ any longer. Server was very good and tipped him well.

Our food was cold my drink was empty they never came to refill they kept coming back to our table and it felt like we were being rushed and they hardly had anyone in the restaurant to rush us out of our table I came here With my good friend to catch up and it felt like they wanted us out and we weren’t done eating. And also our food was suppose to have jalapeños and it only had like maybe 4 tiny pieces not happy with this ihop

Food was decent, staff was exceptional! The all you can eat pancakes with a breakfast combo is dangerous.

Well, ate here tonight 9/20/18 between 8pm and 9pm. Not the best experience by far. First tried to order the advertised french toast hot chocolate, didn't have it and won't until Monday... Then got chocolate chip pancakes, came with no chocolate chips had to get them on the side. Then I was overcharged for a side salad by 2.50.... I was then told because I got Onion rings (according to the menu they automatically come with the burger) that the side salad instead of being 1.99 was 2.50 more than that. The wording on the menu is quite clear. Will post a picture. Service was sub par also. Also, the burgers are really not that great.

IHOP is the best restaurant. The service is the best. They are very nice the food there is good!I recommended. you can go there and eat have fun with your family and it's a very reasonable price. I love it!

Excellent food but service was slow

I waited 40 minutes before getting up to leave. My waitress catered to other tables that got there after my table and yet still ignored my table. I get being a waitress isn’t easy but to keep a table waiting 40 mins to order at least drinks is not a good look.

Best cup of hot chocolate I've had in ages! Pretty decent service. Odd layout... Atleast for me, my old IHOP was an old model apparently lol.

This location has always done well. The staff is alternative and polite. They set you quickly and give realistic wait times during the busier times. The food is what you would expect. The chefs look as they take all orders seriously. Nothing looks sloppy. Have gone back when the craving strikes. It is chain restaurant but this particular location gives a little more keeping them competitive.

Well when your favorite place gets to be one of those places that you no longer enjoy. This has happened to this place bad service poor presentation of food, and when you have to ask for something that should of been included on the food like butter on the pancakes...😣

Our server Devin (who looked like Russ) was very accommodating. I ran into a minor inconvenience and he handed the situation professionally. I love iHop

So disappointing. Usually have good experiences at ihop but today I was let down. Mushy hashbrowns, thin cold leather bacon and a very depressing looking crepe. Time to step your game up ihop or maybe hire some better kitchen talent?

The staff are all nice and always smiling, despite the masks. My kid loves going here and we love bringing her. Place is clean. With the pandemic, they offer dine in option and they will sit you as far apart as possible with the other diners. I wish the pandemic ends soon. We miss the usual vibe in this place.

The food was great, and the service was amazing it would be a great place to bring your children, or your partner :).

We come here for the pancakes for the most part. I also very much enjoy their omelets. They have a good variety to pick from and you can even make your own. Their prices are very fare, and worth every penny. The service was awesome as well, our waitress was very attentive and always asked us if we were doing good. The food is always a good portion so you are usually left with leftovers to take home for another meal.
